John Fern established P8 Finance and AI to bring two disciplines together in one advisory relationship: seasoned financial leadership and practical, business-led use of AI.
His work centres on helping business owners and leadership teams understand their financial position, make better commercial decisions and adopt technology where it genuinely improves how the business performs.
P8 is deliberately boutique. Clients work directly with the founder, with the scope of support shaped around their priorities rather than a fixed package.
